Today, Keane celebrates the 4 year anniversary of the opening of its retail Mac repair shop in downtown San Francisco.
While Keane has been in business since 1997 as the PowerBook Guy, the opening of a San Francisco retail store in 2007 marked a significant change in the direction of the company that has continues today.
