Keane is an Apple Authorized Service Provider located in the Union Square shopping district in downtown San Francisco. Keane offers expert Apple hardware repair, data recovery and software consulting services for all Mac models, whether or not covered under an AppleCare warranty.
Keane offers the most experienced, fastest and friendliest Apple Macintosh repair services in the San Francisco Bay Area. All Keane Mac technicians are Apple-Certified and collectively have more than 20 years of hands-on Apple Macintosh repair experience.
Keane started out as PowerBook Guy in 1997, the first internet-based company to specialize in the sales and service of Mac laptops, parts, and accessories. PowerBook Guy filled a niche for thousands of Mac users and firmly established a reputation for quality workmanship, outstanding value, and uncompromising customer service.
PowerBook Guy opened its San Francisco repair shop in 2007, offering walk-in repair services for all Mac models, including the MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, MacBook, Mac Mini, iMac, Mac Pro, PowerBook and iBook.
In 2010, PowerBook Guy changed its name to Keane and became an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
Keane is proud to have SF Gate award us First Place in the Best Computer Services in the Bay Area category in the 2010 Best of the BayList and to have SF Weekly magazine name us San Francisco's Best Mac Repair Shop.
Keane is open 7 days a week, and is centrally located in the historic Flood Building at the intersection of Market, Powell and Ellis Streets. Keane is readily accessible by car, bus, train, metro, bike or foot.
